Our Shanghai, China, office seeks
a Design Leader. This expert will lead the design efforts for
the Shanghai office, collaborate with firm wide MulvannyG2 designers,
facilitate and manage the design process, and mentor staff.
The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience which includes leading a design team
and managing the design process. Their background must feature
the design of strong corporate, retail, and large mixed-use projects
in China. Urban planning experience is a plus as well. Candidates
should possess strong conceptual design skills and must be able
to compellingly communicate our design approach to clients.
This includes the ability to sit down with and sketch for the
client while maintaining a strong, but respectful demeanor. This
person must be a team player with a positive influence and have
the ability to inspire, motivate, collaborate with, and develop
others.
